I hope you’re doing well.
I’m encountering an issue with the AI Translator feature on your website:

The main page at https://products.aspose.ai loads properly.

However, when I click AI Translator under Aspose.PDF AI Agents, it redirects to:
https://products.aspose.ai/pdf/ai-translator -
Immediately, the browser shows the error:
“This page isn’t working — products.aspose.ai redirected you too many times. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
I have tried:
- Clearing cookies and cache
- Restarting the system
- Incognito/private mode
- Different browsers
- Different networks (e.g., mobile hotspot)
Unfortunately, the issue persists consistently.
Could you please check whether the AI Translator tool is still available or if the link/path has changed? At the moment, it seems there might be a misconfiguration or redirect loop on the server side.
I’d be grateful if you could investigate and update accordingly.
