Hello! I’ve been having problems with your web application for uploading AI files for about two months now.

Before, I could upload my AI file and the website would load it perfectly, but now it just keeps loading and never loads. I’ve tried different browsers and different computers, and the same thing happens.

This has been going on for about two months.
